Program Review
The program review process is an essential part of the college's overall quality improvement process. Academic programs at St. Norbert College complete a program review process on a rolling five-year cycle. Oversight of this process is done through the Curriculum and Educational Policy Committee (CEPC) with coordination support from the Office of Institutional Effectiveness. Guidance on this process, deadlines, and forms to be used, can be located under the Faculty Program Review Resources (SNC log-in only).
Please contact the Office of Institutional Effectiveness oie@snc.edu if you have questions or require assistance.

Academic Programs Document Archive
For each academic program, an archive of important program documents are available which you will likely need to refer to as you go through the program review process. These documents include:
- Mission and Vision Statements
- Scholarship Statement
- Course Syllabi
- Student Opinion of Teaching (SOOT) Summary Reports
- Past Program Review Reports (and Evaluative Responses)
Through this consolidated archive, managed by the Office of Institutional Effectiveness, we are able to provide a longitudinal and cross discipline perspective.

Curriculum and Educational Policy Committee (CEPC)
The current CEPC composition consists of members consist of elected faculty, appointed faculty, the Registrar, a Student Affairs representative and the Assistant Director for Assessment. As such, there is representation from each of the five major academic divisions: Humanities, Social Sciences, Natural Sciences, Visual and Performing Arts, and the Schneider School of Business and Economics.
The CEPC reviews each discipline's 5-year program report, and hears submissions on new programs, degrees or certificates from faculty. Changes to current academic programs are also reviewed. If you would like to bring an item for discussion to the CEPC, please contact the committee chair or an elected faculty at least a week prior to the meeting date. More information...
