Do you want to help solve one of the most pressing challenges of our time? An undergraduate degree in environmental sciences from St. Norbert College will equip you with the skills to foster a healthier planet for all.

As an environmental science major, you’ll learn how humanity and nature are deeply intertwined. Our interdisciplinary program will integrate your knowledge of biology, geology and chemistry to study wildlife populations, plant life, waterways and energy. You’ll learn to research problems, identify environmental threats and work toward solutions that will protect our planet.

Elevate your environmental science education

SNC’s faculty collaborate with undergraduate environmental science majors on special research topics such as parasite genetics, bacterial neurotoxins and forestry practices. At SNC, you’ll have access to powerful technology, including our 27-foot research vessel and cutting-edge Geographical Information System (GIS) software.

Interested in studying abroad? Our partner programs include climatology in Ireland and environmental ethics in Tanzania. SNC offers many ways for you to create an exciting education in environmental science.
