St. Norbert Rolls to Concordia Invitational Title

MEQUON - St. Norbert College captured its first team championship of the season when it won the team title of the Concordia University Wisconsin Ken Weidt Classic held on the CUW campus.

The Green Knights totaled 55 points to best Benedictine University's 69 points. Milwaukee School of Engineering was third with 74 points. Lawrence University's Josh Janusiak won the individual title with a time of 25:53. A total of 103 harriers competed.

Joe Gasick led the St. Norbert effort with a third-place effort with a time of 27:39.9. Matt Holloway was fifth with a time of 27:48.1, while Jacob Dickman was seventh in 28:03.2.

Sasha Maro finished 19th with a time of 29:27, while Karsen Sherrick closed out the Green Knights' scoring with a 21st-place finish in 29:31.5.

Ethan Sowl was 24th in 29:39.4, while Matthew McKendry turned in a 27th-place showing in 29:46.2.
