DE PERE - St. Norbert College has had several recent staff changes, athletics director Tim Bald announced.

Stepping down from their respective positions are men's hockey assistant head coach A.J. Aitken, women's golf coach David Minten and women's tennis co-coaches Paul and Carrie Miller.

"A.J., David, Paul and Carrie have been valuable members of our coaching staff," Bald said. "We are greatly indebted to them for their commitment to our student-athletes through the years."

Aitken recently completed his second year of his second stint as an assistant coach to Tim Coghlin, and was also on staff from 2003-12. Aitken, who will be joining his family's four-store clothing business, helped the Green Knights to three NCAA Division III championships in 2008, 2011 and 2012. St. Norbert appeared in nine Frozen Fours during his tenure.

Minten retired after eight years as the women's golf coach. Minten led the Green Knights to a third-place finish at the Midwest Conference Championship in 2013, matching their best conference finish in school history. Minten is a member of the St. Norbert College Athletics Hall of Fame after a standout basketball career in the mid-1960s.

The Millers spent seven years as the women's co-coaches after five years as the men's coaches. St. Norbert advanced to the NCAA Division III Tournament for the third time in 2016-17, capturing the Midwest Conference Tournament championship. The Green Knights were 126-69 under their supervision with a conference title in 2014 and NCAA Tournament appearances in 2015 and 2017.
